🤝

Pricing, Contracts & Hiring

How do we start working together?

We start with a free 30-minute technical discovery call to talk through your product vision, required features, and business deadlines. After our call, I provide a detailed proposal with fixed milestone deliverables, a transparent breakdown of costs, and an agreed-upon delivery schedule.

How is project pricing and payment structured?

Projects are typically billed in fixed milestone payments (e.g., Milestone 1: System Design & Wireframes, Milestone 2: Core Engineering & Database, Milestone 3: Testing & Store/Cloud Deployment). You only release escrow payment once you have tested and approved each milestone. For ongoing feature sprints or advisory, weekly and monthly retainers are also available.

Who owns the source code and intellectual property?

You own 100% of all intellectual property, source code, Git repositories, deployment configurations, and design assets upon milestone completion. There are zero licensing fees, hidden royalties, or vendor lock-in.

How do we communicate throughout development?

I provide clear weekly demo builds, milestone checkpoints, and transparent sprint tracking via Slack, Email, or Jira. You deal directly with me as your lead engineer—never an account manager or outsourced contractor.

What happens after our product launches?

Every project includes a post-launch warranty period for bug fixes and stability checks. Afterward, you can choose between flexible on-demand support hours or monthly maintenance retainers for continuous feature releases and operating system compatibility updates.

📱

Mobile App Development

Should I build with React Native, Flutter, or native Swift/Kotlin?

For most startups and modern apps, cross-platform frameworks (React Native with Expo or Flutter) deliver 60fps native performance while sharing 80-90% of business logic across iOS and Android. This cuts development time and maintenance budgets by nearly half. If your app relies heavily on low-level GPU shaders or proprietary C++ libraries, native Swift or Kotlin may be recommended.

Do you handle the Apple App Store and Google Play approval process?

Yes. I manage the entire submission pipeline: provisioning profiles, signing certificates, privacy manifests, screenshots, store descriptions, and privacy policy declarations to ensure a smooth, rejection-free approval.

Can you build apps that work completely offline?

Yes. I specialize in offline-first architectures using local SQLite, WatermelonDB, or Hive storage. The app remains fully functional with zero connectivity, and automatically reconciles and syncs data to the cloud as soon as connection is restored.

How long does an MVP mobile app take to build?

A solid initial version (MVP) typically takes 6 to 10 weeks depending on complexity, third-party integrations, and notification requirements.

💻

Web & SaaS Development

Why do you specialize in Next.js and React for web applications?

Next.js offers the best performance in the web ecosystem with hybrid server-side rendering (SSR), incremental static regeneration (ISR), edge middleware, and built-in image optimization. This delivers sub-second page loads and unbeatable Google search engine visibility.

Can you build a multi-tenant SaaS application with Stripe billing?

Yes. I engineer end-to-end SaaS products with secure authentication (OAuth/SSO), role-based access controls, PostgreSQL database schema with row-level security, Stripe subscription tiers, customer portals, and usage metering.

Can non-technical team members update website copy and images?

Yes. I integrate modern headless CMS platforms (Sanity, Contentful, Strapi) so non-technical staff can edit pages, publish blog articles, and change graphics without touching any code.

Do you guarantee fast PageSpeed and Core Web Vitals scores?

Yes. Every web build is optimized to pass Google Core Web Vitals with 90+ mobile PageSpeed scores, zero cumulative layout shift (CLS), and ultra-low interaction delays (INP).

Custom APIs & Infrastructure

What backend languages, databases, and architectures do you use?

I engineer backend systems using Node.js/TypeScript, Python, or Go. For relational structured data, I use PostgreSQL; for unstructured documents, MongoDB; and for caching, Redis. Backends are containerized with Docker and deployed to AWS, Google Cloud, or modern PaaS like Supabase or Railway.

How do you ensure user data security and compliance?

I follow strict security best practices: salted password hashing (bcrypt/argon2), signed JWT tokens stored exclusively in httpOnly secure cookies, SQL injection prevention via parameterized ORMs, rate limiting, and encrypted HTTPS/TLS in transit and AES-256 at rest.

Can you audit and fix a slow or unstable existing backend?

Yes. I frequently audit existing codebases to identify slow database queries, missing indexes, unoptimized N+1 queries, memory leaks, and connection pool saturation.

🧠

Generative AI & LLM Integrations

Can AI models safely query our internal documents and PDFs?

Yes. Using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) with vector databases (Pinecone, pgvector), I index your company knowledge base so models like OpenAI GPT-4 or Anthropic Claude provide verifiable, citation-backed answers strictly based on your internal documentation.

Is our sensitive company data kept confidential when using AI APIs?

Yes. We use enterprise API endpoints with explicit zero-data-retention agreements guaranteeing that your queries and customer data are never retained or used to train public foundation models.

How do you prevent excessive API costs and model latency?

I implement semantic vector caching (Redis/Pinecone), prompt optimization, output token caps, and token usage budgets to keep recurring operating expenses minimal.

OTT & Video Streaming Platforms

Which Smart TV and streaming device platforms do you support?

I develop broadcast-quality streaming applications for Apple TV (tvOS), Android TV, Google TV, Roku, Samsung Tizen, LG webOS, and Fire TV.

How do you prevent video piracy and unauthorized downloads?

I implement studio-grade Digital Rights Management (DRM)—including Apple FairPlay, Google Widevine, and Microsoft PlayReady—along with tokenized stream playback URLs and geographical IP fences.
